I offer a limited number of high-touch, customized individual coaching packages. Packages include web-conference coaching calls. Each session is recorded and made available for review. Personalized activities are assigned to reinforce the coaching and advance your personal and professional goals. Unlimited e-coaching via email and text messaging is also available, as needed. In-person coaching may also be available.

If you prefer a group coaching experience, this option is for you! Your company's C-Suite and/or Board Membership will meet as a cohort, and you will be able to work with and glean from each other. Each cohort requires a 12-month commitment

Especially designed for leadership from Managers to Vice Presidents, The Leadership Cohort will afford you the opportunity to engage with other leaders and emerging leaders from other organizations. The Cohort will allow you to work with and glean from other leaders to master effective ways to maximize I&E personally and professionally. Each cohort is 12-months and limited to 20 participants.

As an organizational training, Leadership Training is designed to expose leaders to the importance of Equity & Inclusion within your organization This Training provides the tools necessary to ensure that your organization is fully equipped to leverage Equity & Inclusion in a practical, positive manner to promote a healthy work environment. Training can be customized to meet the organization's needs.
