About Michelle

STRATEGIC | AUTHENTIC | TRANSFORMATIVE

Michelle Marks-Osborne is a philosophical consultant dedicated to advancing Equity, Belonging, and Justice with services for executives, organizations, and individuals. She is a well-regarded coach, trainer, and public speaker specializing in anti-racism, misogyny/misogynoir, and justice. She is an expert at moving beyond diversity and inclusion, and invites you to move with her.


Marks-Osborne primarily provides consulting services that include training and coaching, with additional services available upon request. 


As a dedicated ordained minister, she fearlessly addresses justice issues in a manner that challenges and charges laity and leadership of the Church to realign itself with Christianity's most heartfelt message.


She received her bachelor's degree from Hampton University, and a master's degree from UNC Wilmington. She is working on her first book.

The Disruption Method

According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, a DISRUPTION is "a break or interruption in the normal course or continuation of some activity, process, etc." Within this unique coaching method, we work together to combat systemic negative behaviors that adversely impact individuals and organizations, large and small. These problematic - and, often, unprohibited behaviors often lead to:
